The conference registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, receptions, and a complete registration package including full conference program, which includes a compilation of abstracts from the papers presented. This year, instead of a final banquet, we will be having a closing reception with keynote speaker.

Day Rate
The Day Rate Fee is C$35 per person for regular admission and C$25 for student admission. Please pay at the registration desk at the conference.
Closing Reception
Please note that the Closing Reception cost is an additional C$25 and is not included in the Conference fees.
Refund Policy
The registration fee is non-refundable, except in the case of submitted abstracts that are rejected for presentation at the conference, which will be refunded upon request. To request a refund for a rejected abstract, please email us with the words "Request for Refund" in the subject line: arkcon41@ucalgary.ca
