How to submit
Please note that if you wish to present a paper at the conference you must complete the Abstract Submission form.
If you are also organizing a session, you will need to complete the Session Proposal form.
Multiple submissions of abstracts for papers or sessions are not permitted; i.e., participants cannot be the lead author on more than one paper and may not organize more than one session. For papers with multiple authors, at least one author must register after the approval the abstract by the Conference Committee. Other authors are only required to register if they plan to attend the conference. Visit out Registration sections for more details on how to register to the conference.

Abstract and Paper Length
- Abstracts for papers and/or poster presentations should be of approximately 150 words.
- Papers by regular presenters should be no more than twenty minutes in length.
- Plenary speakers are allowed thirty five minutes.
Award
The Bea Loveseth Memorial Award is given to the best paper presented by an Undergraduate or Master's student. Deadline for receipt of papers to the award selection committee is Monday November 3, 2008.
Travel Reimbursements
Presenters are eligible for travel reimbursement of airfare only. Travel Claims should be submitted after the conference. Amount to be reimbursed will be dependant upon number of claimants and amount of travel grants received. In the past, reimbursements have amounted to one third to one half of total airfare. Travel Claim Forms will be included in the registration package.
