Presenters are eligible for travel reimbursement of airfare only. Travel Claims should be submitted after the conference. Amount to be reimbursed will be dependant upon number of claimants and amount of travel grant moneys received. In the past, reimbursements have amounted to approximately one third of total airfare.
The travel claim submission deadline this year is Monday December 1, 2008. Please submit original receipts – not credit card statements. For electronic tickets, we need a copy of the electronic ticket showing the amount paid and the boarding pass.
